HOA dues are collected quarterly (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1) and are paid on the on the Resident Portal. For any questions or concerns please contact Kori Lord.

Before any Owner undertakes improvement of his or her Lot or makes any alteration of the improvements on his or her Lot, the Owner must file an application with the ARB. Please ensure that your application is approved by the ARB prior to purchase of materials and/or equipment.

The Architectural Review Board (ARB) will have forty-five (45) days within which to approve or disapprove the Owner's final plans after submission. The application form/checklist provides information that is necessary for the ARB to use in determining the scope and detail of the proposal. All information requested on the application as specified in these Guidelines, must be completed; otherwise, the application will be considered incomplete and will be returned. Returned, incomplete applications are not to be considered as an approval to proceed with the improvement.

All of our roads are VDOT owned and maintained during snowy weather. Our HOA is not responsible for road clearing. Be a good neighbor and clear the sidewalk in front of and alongside your home following the end of the snowstorm. Chapter 1022.01 of the Loudoun County Codified Ordinances requires snow removal on sidewalks on properties that are adjacent to public streets.

Patriot Disposal is our provider and trash is picked up mornings of Tuesday and Friday. Recycling is also picked up on Friday. Additional bins may be purchased. During holidays or inclimate weather, check the Patriot Disposal website for updates. Alternatively, their phone number is (703) 257-7100.

We own and maintain two Pet Stations, which are monitored and cleaned by Poop Scoop. One station sits at the AG Playground and the other is located along the path behind the Alexandras Grove Dr. and Forest Farm Ln. intersection.
